May has been great and helpful throughout the planning process and the wedding, prompt response with lovely ideas. She took initiative to meet the hotel venue staff to discuss through the plan and give us a lot of suggestions for the wedding overall as we didn’t have a wedding planner. Ok where do I even begin? One of the best decisions we made in life was choosing ME Events as our wedding planner because we will forever remember our special day and how beautiful it was. We are beyond thrilled with the exceptional service provided by them for our destination wedding. From the very first day of planning to the magical wedding day itself, May and her incredible team, Mai, Momo, Mew, and K.Ting, went above and beyond to make our dream wedding a reality. The planning process was an absolute breeze thanks to the professionalism and efficiency from them. Despite being in a different country, communication was seamless. May and her team handled everything effortlessly, from choosing the colours of the flowers to the colour of the cutlery and plates to ensure that every detail was perfect. They not only managed wedding-related tasks but also offered assistance in finding a tailor for my husband's suit and organising transportation for our guests. What set them apart was their genuine interest in understanding our preferences and incorporating personal touches to make our wedding unique. Their suggestions and ideas made the planning process much easier than we could have ever imagined. On the wedding day, the team executed the event flawlessly. Everything was well coordinated and everything went according to plan. K.Ting took it to another level by acting as my personal assistant. She was a lifesaver, keeping us informed every step of the way and even assisting with the little details like holding my dress when needed. Every request we made was met with an "Ok Kha," which means Yes in Thai. No matter how silly or difficult the request was, they always tried their best to accommodate it. For example the day before the wedding day we wanted May to print a special photo, frame it and then put it on our table for the wedding day. The request was made at 8pm the night before the wedding. They could’ve just said no sorry it’s too late, but instead they said “OK” and the next day the photo was on our table. Wow! The coordination on the wedding day was impeccable, with the team presenting the program multiple times to ensure we were comfortable and informed. The decorations surpassed our expectations, and we were constantly in awe of the stunning setup, especially our breathtaking arch and the walk way. The third-party vendors they recommended, such as the live band, makeup artist, and transportation team, were all exceptional. You can trust them when they suggest a vendor to you because all the people they worked with are all professional. They even upgraded our dance floor from a regular dance floor to a mirror dance floor with no extra cost! If we could give ME Events six stars, we would. They truly made our special day extraordinary, and we are forever grateful for the dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care they put into creating the wedding of our dreams. Won't be able to thank May enough for all her hard work in making our wedding day everything we hoped for and so much more! She worked with the theme I gave and my vision of how I wanted our wedding to look like, but she went above and beyond and delivered something truely spectacular! She gave lots of options throughout the whole planning process, was a great communicator, really took time to understand me and my likes and was just so accomodating - even helping me with last minute requests up until the wedding day itself. May is a ray of sunshine and such an awesome and easy person to work with. Would highly recommend her!

I found May on Instagram and am so glad I stumbled upon her work! I was working on a tight budget for my wedding in Phuket, but at the same time, was looking for a vendor who could provide finishing styling touches for our special day. She was the perfect vendor to work with -- clear communication, very responsive and also extremely talented! I am a picky bride and have done extensive online / instagram / blog research and there are no other Phuket vendors who are as creative and professional as her! In addition, she went above and beyond to rectify one of the signages she had created for me to make sure it was 100% in line with the vision that I had. My wife and I are extremely grateful to Team ME Event. We are also very thankful that it was ME Event who handled our wedding, and we were fortunate that they were available for our event. The work and the attention to detail that ME Event takes care of, is every details there is to be taken care of. They never say no to any request, they always try to make it possible within their reach. Their patient as vast as an ocean. They are very transparent and honest about the cost, there were not any surprise charges. Most importantly, they are always happy and kind, like a very nice team to talk to and work with. I want to extend my greatest gratitude to the ME Events team. 3 years ago my wife and I were to we'd in Thailand. Due to covid, continuous extensions were required. Communication & assistance during this process was absolutely helpful. My partner and i had lost hope and wanting to give up however, this team encouraged and motivated us to look at the positive side of things. Unfortunately, on the day of our wedding we were caught up in a storm and me Events were quick to come up with a plan B & were able to provide a wonderful & stunning indoor ceremony. May has been the most helpful and patient wedding planner. We met her over a year ago, and she has been such a great help all the way to the day of the wedding and after that as well. Her genuine kindness and love for her bridal couples can be displayed in her work and the way she communicates / takes care of us. All of our guests were also extremely impressed by her professionalism and attention to detail. My wedding in Phuket would not have been possible if not for her, and she gave us memories of an event that would last a lifetime : )

First and foremost, we would like to thank May and her team Mai and Momo, and all the others who helped to execute our wedding day, for EVERYTHING. We started planning our wedding in November 2022, and our wedding day was mid March 2023. From our first video chat, May and her team have been super responsive and helpful with our all questions. ME events always had our best interests at heart, and before we even knew what we wanted our wedding to look like they already had it in their minds. They made our decision-making easier and was very helpful with coordinating everything else that was not venue related. They went above and beyond. It was amazing to see her and her team so hands-on during the preparation phase and on the day of the wedding, I have never seen a business owner so hands-on before. The day of was the most magical day, of course, my husband and I are biased because it was our wedding, but everything was PERFECT! From the welcome drinks, rehearsal and dinner, run-down, ceremony, dance floor, DJ… was.. I don’t even have the words for besides PERFECT. The thoughtfulness behind everything was unparalleled, and it felt like a well-directed romance movie. Special thanks also to Oui, for helping me for everything on the day of the wedding - with my dress, with my shoes, bringing me water and food, whatever I needed she was there to help me from the start to end of the day. Highly recommended. We had a beach wedding of over 300 guests. This could have been impossible to organise without Me Events. Staff, especially K' May (the owner) really listen to us and all our special requests. Decorations are as we pictured in our mind. Make sure you book in early. They're getting a lot busier this year.

We chose ME Events as our wedding planner after all the research and that's the best decision ever. So it's a Chinese-western wedding, we had the gate crash, tea ceremony in the morning, and the western ceremony in the afternoon. The pre wedding communications was no problems at all, me Events team is very experienced in these mixed wedding and throughout the whole day, they are so helpful regarding getting the room ready, getting the tea ready, literally all the details you would miss buy they already planned for you and think for you. May is like a big sister, she's fiesty and passionate about the wedding planning, she will think of you and trying to plan the best for your dream day. I love Mai, she's like the sweetest surprise on the wedding day and being the most helpful assistant by the brides side, as well as June. Momo and mew, always so sweet and they've help to book preweddding meal, and even after the wedding finish, they were still wake up at 4 am to arrange airport drop off for us. The whole team is just incredible and we had the best day in our life because of them. Highly recommend!!!! Me Events made everything absolutely perfect for our special day! We were a little nervous about planning from so far away in the US but ME Events always responded right away and answered all of our questions. Then on the actual wedding day… wow.
